Melody
Yarbrough Knight received a Ph.D. in Health from Texas
A&M University in College Station. She has done research in
the areas of obesity, osteoporosis, sexual behavior and alternative
medicine. She has published articles in a number of professional
journals and is the author of Aerobic Exercise and Wellness:
Making Healthy Choices. She is currently an Associate Professor
of Health at Texas A&M University, Kingsville in Kingsville,
