THE AUTHORS...
Carolyn
A. Martin, Ed.D., received her doctoral degree from
Pepperdine University at Malibu, California. She is a Professor
in the Department of Kinesiology at California State University
at San Bernadino, California, where she teaches movement for children,
professional preparation courses, graduate courses and directs
the department's Outreach Program.
Rhonda
L. Clements, ed.D., is the MAT in Physical Education
and Sport Pedagogy Program in the Department of Educational Leadership
and Special Subjects at Manhattanville College, Purchase, New
York. The author of nine books on play and movement experiences,
she is the past president of the American Association of the Child's
Right to Play.
